Frequently asked questions
Why do I need this?
AI extends your abilities. From here on, the advantage goes to those who know how to use it effectively.
What makes you different from other AI consultants?
- We go beyond workflows and automation. We specialize in knowledge systems that help your AI agents understand your company in depth, draw on its information and learn from your decisions.
- We believe your knowledge and outputs should remain yours, independent of the AI model you use. We keep them separate so you can change providers without leaving your knowledge behind.
- I bring over three decades of business experience and daily, hands-on use of AI across marketing, sales, finance and design in my own businesses. You work directly with me throughout your engagement.
Where do we begin?
We begin with a structured interview about your responsibilities, recurring work and current software. I use that information to prepare for our working sessions and identify one or two priorities. Together, we select the AI tools and build the knowledge and memory foundation on your own equipment and accounts.
How is confidential information handled?
Every engagement is covered by a nondisclosure agreement, and the system is set up on your own equipment and accounts. Before using sensitive material, we review what the selected AI services can access, their data settings and your company’s policies.
How much preparation does the knowledge base require?
Prepare the existing documents and information relevant to the first priority we choose. I help you organize these into the initial knowledge base. The rest develops as you work, capturing useful information, decisions and progress along the way.
Do I need technical or AI experience?
No. I guide the software setup and teach you how to use AI through tasks from your own work.
Can I use different AI providers?
Yes. Your knowledge, decisions and working preferences stay in portable files that you control. You can carry them between AI providers, with connections and features configured for each tool you choose.
What does the engagement cover?
Following the initial interview, the engagement brings together ten components around your work.
- Modern AI fundamentals and practical limits.
- AI model selection and software recommendations.
- Knowledge and memory management.
- A personal brand guide for consistent output.
- Email and calendar workflows.
- Session routines that preserve continuity.
- Implementation around your responsibilities.
- Efficient AI usage and a review of software costs.
- Advanced skills, including perspectives from multiple AI models and task delegation.
- Applying the system to one or two priority concerns identified at the outset.
Your engagement includes one executive dashboard built from readily available information. Sourcing additional information, custom integrations and custom applications require a separate contract.
How do I know when to rely on AI?
Judge it by whether you can verify the result and what happens if it is wrong. A draft you can review needs less oversight than an action affecting a customer or your business records. We practise checking AI against source documents and known results, then decide which tasks it can handle independently and which require your approval.
