Who is responsible

Dustin Andaya is responsible for the personal information collected through this consulting website. The practice is managed by Veue Management Corp in the Philippines. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the consulting practice.

This policy covers website inquiries, appointment booking and related administration. An agreed consulting engagement may include additional confidentiality and data-handling terms.

Information we collect

• Inquiry and questionnaire information. Your name, email address, professional role, AI tools, current experience with AI and any details you choose to include in an email or form.
• Appointment information. The contact details, date, time, time zone and meeting information associated with a booking, including changes and cancellations.
• Administrative records. Correspondence, questionnaire delivery references and service logs needed to deliver messages or investigate a problem.
• Technical information. Services used to deliver the website and booking flow may process your IP address, browser and device information, cookies and request logs.

The initial questionnaire is for general background. Please reserve confidential executive documents, patient or customer records, passwords and other sensitive material for a separately agreed method of sharing.

How and why we use information

We use inquiry and booking information to respond to you, assess whether the service fits your needs, prepare for your meeting, manage appointments and deliver any engagement you request. Administrative records also help us maintain reliable services, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Where applicable, processing is based on steps you request before an engagement, performance of an agreement, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in managing inquiries and securing our services, balanced against your rights. When consent is required, we ask for it separately.

Your information is not sold. Sending an inquiry or booking a meeting does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Booking services and AI assistants

Website questionnaire answers pass through Make, our automation service, and are sent to Dustin by email. Google services support email, Calendar appointments and Meet calls. Submitting the questionnaire sends your answers even if you do not complete a calendar booking.

Authorized AI assistants may process inquiry emails and questionnaire answers to organize the inbox, summarize information and match answers to appointments. Depending on the assistant used, this can involve processing by an external AI provider. Dustin remains responsible for the use of these tools and decisions about client engagements.

The booking form directs visitors according to the purpose they select. It does not use an AI score to decide whether someone can become a client.

Service providers may process information outside the Philippines. Their handling also depends on their terms, account settings and applicable law. See the Google Privacy Policy and Make Privacy Notice. Contact us for information about the AI services involved in handling your inquiry.

Personal consulting and confidentiality

Dustin personally leads each consulting engagement. Every engagement is covered by a nondisclosure agreement. Before sensitive client material is used, we agree on the relevant tools, access and handling arrangements, including applicable company policies.

Personal delivery does not mean that information never passes through software providers. We limit access and sharing to what the agreed work requires. Confidential client material is not used for advertising or published as a case study without permission. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as necessary to obtain professional advice or establish or defend legal rights.

Cookies and external services

The current website does not include advertising trackers or a separate analytics service. When the embedded Google calendar loads, Google may use cookies and process technical information under its own policy. Following an external link also takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

You can control cookies through your browser. Restrictions may affect the embedded calendar. You can also email Dustin to arrange a conversation.

Retention and protection

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, provide our services, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may contact dustin@veue.ph to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law.

Deletion requests cover records under our control. Provider logs and backup copies may remain for their applicable retention cycles. We will explain any relevant retention requirement when responding to a request.

We use access restrictions and appropriate safeguards for the information involved. The tools and permissions used for confidential work are reviewed as part of the engagement. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent where it is the basis used. Withdrawal applies to future processing.

Email dustin@veue.ph with your request. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing information. If a request cannot be fully fulfilled, we will explain why.

You may raise a concern with the Philippine National Privacy Commission or another competent privacy authority.

Updates to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a new use of your information.
